Updated DXStereo module - by Tat-Sang Choy (Alex)

We have modified a DXStereo module for IBM DX by Patrick Nichols to work on Sun platform. We tested it with Elite3D/Creator3D and Stereographics CrystalEyes glasses. Since it is GLUT-based, it may also work on other platforms, but we haven't test the code on other platforms.
It was tested on IBM RS6000 and SGI R4000, but it didn't seem to work on SUN. We look into the code and found that he used something quite specific to those platforms. We modified that part with a more general algorithm and tested it on SUN. We also made some cosmetic changes. The source is less than 200K unzipped. Users also need to download GLUT. Also, the code is not tested on OpenDX yet because we're using IBM DX v.3.
