configure - incomplete  hdf components ? 08/27/08 at 12:02:51   I am confused as to why my configuration is failing on hdf detection:   configure: checking for HDF components ...... checking dfsd.h usability... no checking dfsd.h presence... no checking for dfsd.h... no checking hdf/dfsd.h usability... yes checking hdf/dfsd.h presence... yes checking for hdf/dfsd.h... yes checking for Hopen in -ldf... no checking if HDF package is complete... no -- some components failed test   Installing on CentOS 5   EDIT: Nevermind. I deleted DX in favour of hdfview. I don't need this much machinery to poke at a few hdf files.
